COMPLETION OF TRAINING

The first 8 sewing students of Her Voice completed their training on December 22, 2022 with a graduation ceremony and certificate presentation.

After six months of long and hard work, countless hours of threading, cutting fabric, taking notes, and studying, the first class of eight students has completed their training. The graduation ceremony, featuring various speeches and eulogies, including the presence of regional government representatives, took place. The event concluded with a luncheon for all those in attendance.

The training program is officially recognized, and the experience gained is intended to help the graduating students achieve financial independence. Naturally, our partner organization remains in contact with the newly trained seamstresses and monitors their progress after the training to ensure that the program is successful.

An eventful year for Direct Help 4 Tanzania
The first year for the charity Direct Help 4 Tanzania has thus also come to an end with this fantastic success. The establishment and maintenance of the sewing workshop, financed by the collected donations, enabled the training of eight underprivileged young women in its very first year.

We are very proud of our former students and are excited about the ten new trainees who are expected to join the Her Voice program from January 2023.
